Here's how to find your individual files from the corresponding links.

Downloads: The "downloads" link on the right brings you to the downloads page where you can choose from the following 5 categories. Each category page has all units categorized alphabetically. You can scroll down the list to find your particular unit, or on the larger pages, you can use the "find" function in your browser to locate all files for your pc.

Retail Partners If your unit was purchased from one of the MPC retail outlets, You can go to the right side of the main page and click on the "Retail Partners" link for your downloads. This will take you to a page showing all models sold at various Retail outlets through MPC. Many of our viewers go to this section first as there are many stores listed and hundreds of different models available at the click of a mouse.
Base Units:
Brings up many MPC units, both desktop and notebook, as well as a variety of Gateway units.
Desktops:
Covers many MPC and Gateway Pro desktop units.
Notebooks:
Covers many MPC and Gateway Pro Notebooks.
Servers:
Covers many MPC and Gateway Pro Servers.
